Retreats
Going on a yoga retreat affords us the opportunity to step away from our daily habits and obligations. It can be a wonderful time to get to know our fellow yoga practitioners; it can also be a time for quiet self-reflection where we give ourselves permission to sink. It can also be a time to expand our yoga practice, explore our spiritual side, and nourish and deepen our affection for our bodies.
